Couch to 2.26 miles…
Today marks the beginning of Couch to 5K. Day 1 - not too sore. there were 8 segments of running for 60 seconds followed by brisk walking for 90 seconds. Sandwiched between two 5 minute warm up and cool down walks. Success.

I'm still stuck on week 2, and it's been months. Curse you, exercise-induced asthma!
